Monarchy (Apprenticeship) System

jdrose143, for the following information about the Monarchy (Apprentice)
System:
- In order to be a Master to an Apprentice, you must be 5 levels
higher.
- In order for an apprenticeship to work, the player who wants to be the
apprentice must invite you to be his/her master.
- At levels 10, 20, 30, and 40 you, as the master, will receive an
reward in your reward inventory when you level up.
- If you are an Apprentice, you must wait 1 day before inviting
another player to be your Master.
- The Master receives 10% of all money that an Apprentice spends to
purchase items at NPCs only.
- The Monarchy panel in the Community Interface shows who is
online/offline, last login dates, and level statistics.
