One of the biggest features in Fiesta, the Estate System, is a
feature that can confuse many players. This guide will help you
through it.
There are seven quests to complete
before getting your new estate:
Quest 1 - Speak to Grandpa Robin. He will tell you to
collect Fragrant Grass. Most players will recommend you to go to
Forest of Mist and farm the herbs there.
Quest 2 - Return to Grandpa Robin and receive a letter to give
to Furniture Shop Owner Forest Tal in Elderine.
Quest 3 - Furniture Shop Owner Forest Tal will ask you to
get some "Wood for making furniture".
Quest 4 - Take the wood and give it to Forest Tal and he
will tell you to go speak with Item Merchant Remi. Item Merchant
Remi will tell you to purchase nails and a hammer from her to nail
the wood down.
Quest 5 - Purchase the Nails and Hammer from Remi and give
it to her. Remi will nail the wood pieces together and then give it
back to you.
Quest 6 - Give the "Wood with nailing" to Furniture Shop
Owner Forest Tal and he will give you the Key of Space to give to
Grandpa Robin in Roumen.
Quest 7 - Give the Key of Space to Grandpa Robin. He will
seem to be very tired and annoyed and will give you the scroll to
enable you to use your estate.
Entering your Estate:
Once you learn the Estate skill, press "H' to open up the Mini
House interface.
Click on Enter Estate to go into your estate.
Make a Title, decide whether to make it Private or not (if it is
Private, you will need to put in a password...only those who know
the password will be able to get in to your estate), the number of
users you want to be in your estate (max is 15), if you want items
in your estate to be private or not, and a notice that you want
users to see when they enter your estate.
Click Ok to enter your estate!
On the top-right of your screen will be your Estate info. It will
show your name as the Room host, your Estate title, the amount of
guests in your estate including yourself, your Notice, and the
guests that are in your estate (they will be listed in the big
scrollbox).
Click on the Wrench icon to edit the Estate Settings.
Click on the icon underneath the wrench to Exit out of your
estate. You will be teleported back to the map you were on before.
Click on the icon below the pencil icon to bring up the Item
Decoration panel. If you bought furniture, you can right-click the
furniture as it sits in your inventory slot to activate it and send
it to the Item Decoration panel.
To get furniture into your estate, you need to go to the
Furniture Shop Owner NPC in Roumen, Elderine, or Uruga and purchase
any furniture you want.
Right click on the piece of furniture you want to use and click
on "Arrange item" to arrange it. Discarding the item will send it
back to your inventory. Durability will tell you if your furniture
needs to be repaired.
After you click on Arrange item, you will see your item like it
is above. You will be able to decide where to place it within your
estate. Press and hold down your Ctrl button and move your mouse to
rotate your piece of furniture to a position you want.
Once you get your furniture into the right position you want,
click on a spot to place the furniture there. It will change to its
normal color. In your Item Decoration panel, the furniture icon will
be darkened meaning that it is in use.
Right-click on the furniture you just arranged and you will see
some options like the one in the image above. Click on "Rearrange"
to rearrange the furniture into a different spot in your estate.
Click on "Collect item" to make your furniture be removed from your
estate and the icon in your Item Decoration panel will be usable
again.
Click on any of the icons you saw to make your character act in a
certain way towards the furniture. The "Read a book" icon makes your
character sit on the furniture and start reading a book.
That's pretty much it. If you have any questions, feel free to
post on the
SparkOnline forums. Enjoy your new Estate!
