Divorce Guide

Getting divorced from your partner can be heartbreaking and can be a result due to many factors. However, if it is what has to happen, here is how to do it:

Speak to Dreian Uriel, the Wedding NPC in Elderine, and click on "Apply for a divorce".

You have 2 options before you decide to click on this:

- Collaborative: You and your partner can collaborate and each put in 250 silver to divorce (making it 500 silver in total). The divorce will process instantly, however you will have to wait 1 week until you can propose to another person again.

- Uncontested: If you hate your partner this much for whatever reason and the collaborating won't work, you can force a divorce by paying 750 silver. You will have to wait 3 days for your partner to accept the divorce after which the divorce will take place instantly and will take one week to process before the divorce is complete and you can propose to someone else. If your partner refuses the divorce, you will have to wait one week to apply for a divorce again and have the divorce process immediately despite any refusal by your partner.

Being completely "divorced" means the Divorced status on the Wedding tab of your Community Interface Panel will disappear and you will no longer have the wedding mini-pets, spouse summon skill, or power of love buff.

Yes, this takes a long process so be sure to make a wise decision in who you marry.....whether or not this is just a game, real-life mentalities have an effect on the rules ;)
