The following chart is based upon what Outspark has as character stats
and what I have personally experienced. These comparisons can change
depending on what build you will put on your character. For instance, a
cleric's main role is to heal and revive, however you can change its
build (Character Stats) so that it becomes a battle cleric (a cleric
than can fight as well as it can heal).

In-depth summaries:
Fighter
A fighter's advantage is that it is the leader in fighting in Fiesta.
Its melee damage will destroy all and its defense prevents it from
dying. It has low mana because it has no use for mana (it has no magical
powers) but it has the highest health as it needs health to fight well.
Its weakness is that it can only battle from up close so an archer or
mage can have the first hit on it. Also, it is weak against magical
attacks so any other class can use magic on it and have an advantage.
Overall, fighter's have the best close-up battle and the best defense so
they can last long in a one-on-one, however anything with long-range and
magic skills can have an advantage over it.
Cleric
The cleric's advantage is that it has healing powers. It hits good
damage and can last long due to its magical powers. Its magical defenses
make it one of the most versatile classes in Isya. It's very hard to
defeat a cleric if it can heal anything you put on it. Because this
class is the best when it comes to magical defenses, its health and mana
are about equal to each other with mana outnumbering its health by a
little bit. Its only weakness is the up-close battle where fighters can
put more damage on it then clerics can put on them. Clerics are used to
heal rather than fight as a result of this. They are the slowest class
to level with.
Archer
Archers are pretty much the same as clerics except archers use their
magical powers using arrows and they can't heal themselves. Because they
can shoot from a long distance, they are able to damage their foe in
multiple hits before their foe can even deal damage to them. Archers
have very low defense but their fast attack rate and critical hit rate
make up for it. Their Area of Effect skills also are a benefit to them.
Mage
Mages are just like archers except their attacks are slower and their
defense is lower. Their class has the most magical attacks of all
classes and so it beats clerics when it comes to mana but their health
is very low which proves to be a major hindrance in soloing and PvP.
however, they make up for in being excellent party members.
Which class to pick?
Strong class with no magic = Fighter
Class with average stats and strong magic defense = Cleric
Class with low defense but strong attack and speed = Archer
Class with low defense and attack but whose attacks are powerful yet
slow = Mage
Note that it can change depending on what build (statistics) you
put on your class.
