Archers are long-ranged damage dealers whose main attributes focus on strength (more damage) and spirit (more critical hits and spirit points). Archers are able to wield a bow or crossbow but not a shield.

Main Attributes:

Party Benefits:

Due to its long-distance capability, archers are able to kill its enemy within multiple shots without being damaged. The critical rate, accuracy, and DoT (Damage over Time) points also provide an advantage in overcoming enemies.

Advantages:

Weaknesses:

  • Close-range fighting
  • Low defense

Builds:

Tanker Archer: 3:1 END/STR

- The extra Endurance enables your archer to take in more hits than the average archer and the strength makes it so that the monsters are fixed on your archer and not any other player.

Damage Dealer Archer: 1:3 STR/SPR (3:1 STR/SPR for partying)

- If you want to be the kind of archer that can fight multiple monsters at once, you can choose this build. The Strength makes up the base for your damage output and keeps the monsters focused on you while the extra Spirit points allows your archer to use up more skills to kill more monsters.

Note: The difference between the Tanker and Damage Dealer builds is that the Tanker build uses more Endurance to absorb hits made by monsters. The Damage Dealer build uses more Spirit to attack more enemies faster instead of absorbing the hits. So basically, a tanker can absorb the hits while a damage dealer can kill faster.

PvP (player vs. Player) Archer: 2:2:1 END/SPR/STR

- Ideal for archers that want to go into combat against other players. The Strength keeps players focused on you while the extra Spirit and Endurance points keeps your attacks going at a fast pace and your defense high to absorb hits.

Also: 2:2:3 DEX/SPR/STR

- The Dexterity allows your archer to avoid hits, Spirit allows you to attack faster and make more critical hits, and Strength adds to the amount of damage dealt.

+25 SPR/Full STR

- Can be alternated around (+25 STR/Full SPR, 1:2 SPR/STR, 1:2 STR/SPR) but since archers are the class of lowest defense, the Sprit points give it the extra spirit points it needs to use its archer spells against opposing enemies. Also, the additional strength allows monsters to be fixed on your archer so it won't attack any other players and your archer will give out high damage output. Not recommended if you don't want your archer to die fast (make sure your archer has +9 Endurance and Dexterity gears equipped to avoid dying) and pots or potions as well if there is no cleric available.

Solo Archer: +25 SPR/Full DEX

- If you want to journey through Isya by soloing all the monsters you see, a little bit of Spirit points and full Dexterity will allow your archer to have increased critical rate, evasion, and aim.

Support Archer: 2:1:1 DEX/STR/SPR

- An archer who suits the role of supporting a party by not taking or giving out much damage.

Full DEX

- Full Dexterity allows your archer to have very high evasion and aim so your archer will never miss an enemy nor get hit by a blow.

Full SPR

- Basically, your archer will have one specialty: critical hits. Your archer's hits will have a higher damage output with this build.
